Quick Summary.

Its been said that High School is a simplistic, yet very effective model of reality. Okay... so in a very simple, crude metaphor, the Dogz are the football team, the Buzz are the theater club, the AI’s are the insane teachers. Only with guns. Lots of guns.

The Fat Man and his Dogz & Catz.
Dogz and Catz are ordinary poeple who have been fitted with a remote controlled dog collar that can shock them or kill them. The Fat Man is the Master of their pack. The Fat Man delights in rewarding good dogz and punishing disobedient bad dogz. Click HERE for more details.

Kurtz and The Buzz.
The Buzz is a CAT scan like device that uses electro-magnetic pulses (EMP's) to stimulate (excite) certain areas of the brian. But there is a correspondent decrease in other areas of the brain. Kurtz, the Programmer, has used the Buzz to turn his followers into what are basically semi-trained "outside cat" predators. The Buzz is built to look like high end sunglasses.
